Challenge

There is a general disinterest to broach the topic of a Lasting Power of Attorney(LPA) and an Advance Care Planning(ACP) as it is generally viewed as something contentious and considered a personal matter. People generally avoid thinking of the possible negative outcomes that may happen.

 

Strategy

We shift people's view of the LPA & ACP into the realm of leaving a legacy of love and certainty to the people who matter the most.

 

Idea 

The TVC focuses on the importance of pre-planning, rather than leaving things to chance, as it is better to convey wishes early on and identify trusted people to advocate for us and make decisions on our behalf.

Most importantly, it serves to get people to realize that it's important for everyone to think about their own affairs, what they prefer, what they want (and) what they desire.
